First some great news, Practical Photography the
UK's best selling photo mag is running an article this month on railway
photography and has included images from Rail Photo. Get down to your local

In this the first edition Ian Cowley writes
about both the MRPC and Rail Photo Mag in
letters, he has included some experimental shots in
the Gallery.
We have some superb shots in the
gallery for the first edition; get out there and
keep your eyes peeled for the master shot, then shoot it and
send it in to us for consideration.
New Phoenix member Russell Saxton tells us
about himself and what inspires his photography in
Photographer Profile.
Shoot into the light! This editions
competition is themed “Into the light” shoot into
that winter sun and you’ll surprise yourself; possibly! Closing date for entries
is the end of April.
Travelling
railway photographic folios and how they can improve your photography, we
tell you all.
